Miley Cyrus worried about new personal photos being leaked

Ever since Miley Cyrus had her email hacked and personal pictures leaked all over the internet, she’s been a big ball of worry, according to the Enquirer. Though the FBI arrested the hacker, Josh Holly, he was bragging openly on the internet for quite a while about all the pictures he had access to. Miley’s afraid that more pictures will be leaked, thus ruining her “wholesome” image.

It seems Miley has good reason to be worried – a new semi-inappropriate picture made its way onto the internet yesterday, though there’s no way to know if the picture is new or old.

Even though the FBI shut down [hacker Josh] Holly, Miley is frantic that it might be too late - and that Holly may have already sent more of her personal information to others, a source tells The Enquirer.

“She used that e-mail account on a daily basis to send Nick and several of her closest friends photos and letters,” continued the source.

“And there were several other accounts Miley used for emails, so she’s not exactly sure what Holly gained access to - and that’s what’s so deeply troubling to her. If there are more scandalous pictures, it could greatly impact her wholesome image. The whole thing is making Miley a nervous wreck.”

Last year, Holly attempted to sell several news organizations steamy photos of Miley, including various poses in a wet T-shirt, bikini and underwear. When none would purchase the images because of how he obtained them, Holly began posting them on the internet.

I hate to argue with this “friend,” but Miley’s wholesome image was ruined a long time ago. I’d say the original batch of leaked pictures did most of the damage, but it wasn’t helped by her feuds with her costars, rumors of diva behavior on the set, and ridiculous YouTube videos. She just flat out seems like a snotty kid to me – though unfortunately my assessment of her character doesn’t really matter. But it’s hard to feel badly for her since she seems like a mean girl masquerading as a wholesome one.

If nothing else, I hope the newly released photos are actually old. Regardless of my dislike of her character, I understand why Miley is stressed about more inappropriate photos being released. But if she’s so stupid that she’s actually still taking new sorta raunchy photos, then she’s bringing it on herself. At this point she is definitely old enough and experienced enough to know better.

Wyonna Judd 90 Days?

In one of the most shocking verdicts I have ever seen, Wynona Judd’s ex husband was sentenced to 90 days in jail after he plead guilty to two felony counts of attempted sexual battery against a minor. The minor in question was 13 years old and Dan Roach was 51. All he got was 90 damn days? That’s it? And this was in Tennessee. I thought Tennessee would be a state that would frown on that kind of behavior but I guess not.

Yes, he got ten years of probation and if he violates it he will do the whole ten years, but 90 days? People spend more time in jail for bouncing a couple of checks. So, for all the 13 year old girl went through. All the dreams she is going to have for the rest of the life, she can be comforted by the fact that this sex pervert ass got 90 days in jail for ruining her life.

How in the hell does this happen? I’m also pissed at Wynona. She says that she was shocked that her husband would ever do such a thing. I hope she would be, but I don’t know where the hell her outrage is. It wasn’t evident last year when she was interviewed and said she still wears her wedding ring and was having a tough time letting go. To me that says that she is an idiot and that she has some sever problems she needs to address. What if they had kids? Would she still be having trouble letting go if he had done the same thing to their daughter.

There are very few people I dislike more than Ashley Judd but I bet she had no problems calling this ass exactly what he is. 90 days? If judges are elected in Tennessee, someone needs to vote this judge off the bench.

Rapper 50 Cent Settles NY Visitation Issue

Rapper 50 Cent has reached a settlement with his ex-girlfriend over visitation of their 11-year-old son.

The rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, will get one weekend per month with his son Marquise, as well as one month in the summer and half of each his winter and spring breaks.

Both sides say they are satisfied with the deal, which was reached Wednesday in Suffolk County Family Court in Central Islip, New York.

The boy and his mother, Shaniqua Tompkins, had been living in the Long Island community of Dix Hills when a fire destroyed the mansion last May. An arson investigation is ongoing.

R&B singer Lyfe Jennings arrested in Smyrna

R&B singer/songwriter Lyfe Jennings was arrested Sunday on gun charges in Smyrna while trying to locate the mother of his children, police said.

Jennings, 30, whose real name is Chester Jennings, kicked in the door of a residence on Springwoods Drive in Smyrna while looking for Joy Pound, according to an arrest warrant. He fired the gun in the street and later tried to run from the Smyrna police when they arrived, police said.

Once he was stopped, Jennings refused a field sobriety test. The warrant said he “had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage” coming from his breath.

He posted a $50,000 bond Monday night. Jennings could not be reached for comment. In addition to the gun charges and trespassing, he has been charged with eluding police and driving under the influence.

Jennings served 10 years in prison from 1992-2002 on a felony charge when he was 14.

Jennings music career started after his December 2002 prison release when he won the amateur contest at the Apollo five times.

His first album, released in August 2004, was titled “Lyfe 268-192,” with the numbers representing his prison number. Jennings’ biggest hit was “Must Be Nice” which was on the first album.

Smyrna police chased Jennings after receiving a call about a gunshot fired. Police followed Jennings in his red Corvette along Concord Road, where he was going about 70 mph according to the warrant.

Travis Barker Trying to Stay Upbeat

Though Travis Barker is mourning the loss of two close friends and suffering from severe burns after surviving a plane crash with DJ AM on Friday, a friend says the musician is trying to keep a positive outlook.

“If you make it out of a crash of that magnitude, somebody’s looking out for you,” says Bill Nosal, a friend who also acts as a spokesman for Famous Stars and Straps, a Los Angeles-based clothing and accessory line created by Barker. “He’s trying to stay upbeat.”

Four people were killed when the Learjet Barker and DJ AM were riding in crashed at the main airport in Columbia, S.C., including the pilot and co-pilot. Chris Baker, 29, of Studio City, Calif.; and Charles Still, 25, of Los Angeles, close friends of the musicians, died on impact. Nosal told the AP that Baker “was like extended family,” to Barker.

There has been an outpouring of condolences and get-well messages for the victims of the crash. LL Cool J, who performed alongside DJ AM and Barker at the Video Music Awards earlier this month, said Tuesday: “Definitely my condolences to the families of the people who lost their lives. I hope that Travis and DJ AM have a speedy recovery and get back out there performing and creating for people. They’re talented.”

The two survivors managed to escape the wreck by “sliding down the wing on the right side of the plane,” Lieut. Josh Shumpert of the South Congaree Police Department said.

First 90210, now Melrose Place?

First The CW went back to school in the 90210 and now Lisa Rinna told Mark Malkin that they are thinking about moving back into Melrose Place.

“I’ve heard a rumor of them bringing back the show like they did 90210,” Rinna said at TV Guide’s post-Emmy party. “I heard that it’s somewhere at the CW.”

No surprise, but Ms. Rinna would jump at the chance to reprise her role as Taylor McBride. “I would do it in a heartbeat,” she said.

Melrose Place ran from 1992 to 1999. “Let’s bring it on,” Rinna squealed. “Melrose, 10 years later!”

I don’t know I just can’t get as excite for Melrose Place as I did for 90210. Plus I think it is way too soon to think about a spinoff from the new spinoff from the original show that the possible spinoff was spinoffed from. Does that make sense?

Travis Barker And DJ AM In Critical Condition

Shortly before midnight, in a plane carrying six people, four were killed and Travis Barker and DJ AM were critically injured. Both are in a burn unit of of a Georgia hospital.

When the plane was attempting to takeoff, it went off the end of the runway and crashed into a nearby road.

Two of the four people killed were crew members of the Lear Jet. The remaining two were passengers, but as I write this, their identities have not been released. The plane was headed back to Los Angeles.
