Bench Warrant issued for actor Shia LaBeouf

Indiana Jones actor, Shia LaBeouf, is in trouble with the law again. The 21-year-old star and his legal reps failed to appear in court Tuesday to address a misdemeanor charge. LaBeouf was cited for unlawful smoking outside the Burbank gift shop Skyblupink on Feb. 18. Shia was issued a misdemeanor citation in Chicago last summer after casuing some trouble in a local Walgreens drugstore. This is what the teen actor had to say about the subject:
“I can’t diminish what happened at all,” he continued. “But I can say this: I’m not the first 21-year-old to be arrested for a misdemeanor. There are lessons in life I need to learn, and I’m learning all of them in front of the public.”
